I have not disappeared completely. So many things have been happening the past couple of months.
I've made amazing progress ... still not sure .. other than an intense desire to make changes, along with an amazing health coach and the best husband I could possibly ask for and a wonderful support network. What a team I have!
My focus has shifted, expanded somewhat. I promise I will be back ... stay tuned for much adventure!
